My stay at the hotel was a mix of luxury and convenience. The rooms were spacious and cozy, offering beautiful views and a tranquil environment. The friendly and accommodating service made me feel right at home. The location, opposite Grand Central Station, was incredibly convenient, although the dining experience fell short of expectations.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and super comfortable with a spacious bathroom boasting a large mirror and a shower big enough for two. The convenience of having internet TV to log in to my own streaming accounts like Netflix and Hulu was a great touch. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, although one encounter did put a damper on things. The location was absolutely perfect for my trip, close to all the sites we wanted to visit. The dining experience, especially the buffet breakfast, was exquisite. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for my granddaughter's birthday, and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable Queen size beds, perfect for our group of 3 adults and a teenager. The rear-facing view towards an office building was peaceful. On the downside, the attitude of the reception initially made me hesitant to complain.

This hotel was a cool touch for the first time I stayed at this hotel with a great view. The rooms were spacious by New York standards and delivered and waiting for my boy. The service with Maraih BHirujo the Astt Director was outstanding, along with a great support staff, who were over-the-top helpful, professional, and polite. The location was perfect for me, convenient for Grand Central and transportation in general. The dining experience was already paid and included but could provide more healthy and fresh choices. Overall, a positive experience with minor room for improvement.
